We currently ship all products to Canadian addresses, and Patches/Stickers to Europe, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. 

Orders ship from Vancouver, B.C, business days are Monday-Friday excluding statutory holidays. Orders are expected to arrive in 3-10 business days. 

Orders are shipped using UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post. Smaller orders (Patches/Stickers) are shipped using letter mail. Note letter mail option has no tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot change it. You may either place a second order, or cancel the first one and place a new order. Should you cancel an order, it will be automatically refunded.

We only send receipts to the purchaser via email. The parcel with your order will include a packing slip with details of your order, but it does not include the price of items.
