We currently ship to Canadian addresses. We process orders on Tuesday of each week and your parcels are shipped no later than Wednesday.

Orders ship from Vancouver, B.C. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding statutory holidays.

Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Note that Lettermail option has no tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot change it. You may either place a second order, or cancel the first one and place a new order. Should you cancel an order, it will be automatically refunded.

Please contact us as soon as possible so that your order is not packed and shipped incorrectly: shop@bcparksfoundation.ca  

We only send receipts to the purchaser via email. The parcel with your order will include a packing slip with details of your order, but it does not include the price of items.
